You must provide two security guards and notify Charlie Brown’s Catering for approval of Company. This must be done two weeks prior to event. You are responsible for security keeping your guest with liquor inside the hall, no one is permitted to taking alcoholic drinks outside of the hall. We must be notified two weeks prior to the event who is doing security and their current phone number.
Fire Prevention for the City of Canton allows the use of candles covered by globes with the flame at least 1/2 inch below the top of the globe and approved by the fire prevention bureau.
A final confirmed count for the reception is due one week prior to the reception. Final payment is due five days prior to the reception.
We do require a $400.00 non-refundable deposit to hold any dates and guarantee pricing for you. Until a deposit is paid, prices and date availability may change.
